Pre-Sales Inquiry & Consultation

You contact us via email (Services@yuexinacc.com), phone (0086 510 85627018), or Whatsapp with your inquiry (product type, quantity, customization needs). Our sales team responds within 24 hours, provides relevant information (catalogs, samples, quotes), and answers your questions.

Requirement Confirmation & Quotation Finalization

We confirm your detailed requirements (materials, designs, sizes, delivery terms) and provide a final quotation with clear cost breakdown. We negotiate and adjust terms (if needed) until both parties agree.

Order Placement & Deposit Payment

After quotation confirmation, we issue a sales contract. You sign the contract and pay the deposit (usually 30% of total amount). We confirm receipt of deposit and start order preparation.

Pre-Production Preparation & Sample Confirmation (if customized)

For customized orders, we make samples and send them to you for confirmation. For standard orders, we purchase materials (undergo QC inspection) and arrange production schedules. We notify you of the production start time.

In-Sales Production & Progress Tracking

We start bulk production and assign a project manager to track progress. The project manager provides weekly updates (photos/videos) and addresses any issues promptly. You can inquire about progress anytime.

Pre-Delivery Quality Inspection & Balance Payment

After production, we conduct finish inspection (needle detect, appearance check) and provide an inspection report to you. You confirm the report and pay the balance payment (usually 70% of total amount).

Packaging & Delivery

We package products according to your requirements (custom packaging available) and arrange delivery via your designated logistics or our recommended carriers. We provide shipping documents (invoice, packing list, B/L) and tracking information.

After-Sales Support & Follow-Up

After you receive the products, we follow up to confirm satisfaction. If there are any issues, our after-sales team resolves them within 3 working days. We maintain regular communication to explore future cooperation opportunities.
