Yes. We support various customer audits, including SEDEX, CSR, and RQS, with complete documentation. We comply with global ethical, quality, and environmental standards.

What’s your MOQ?

We offer flexible MOQs to support different business needs: In-stock Products: 100 pcs. Light Customization: 200 pcs. Full Customization: MOQs vary based on specific material requirements. Feel free to contact us for a tailored quote based on your inquiry.

What is Yuexin’s quality control process? How to ensure product quality?

We implement a 4-tier QC system: ① Material inspection (before use); ② Inline inspection (production stages); ③ Finish inspection (appearance/size); ④ Needle detection. Detailed inspection reports are provided for your confirmation.

What certifications does Yuexin hold? Are the materials sustainable?

We hold RCS, RWS certifications, and source leather from LWG Gold-Rated tanneries. All materials are sustainable and eco-friendly, complying with global standards. We also support SEDEX, CSR, RQS audits, and are listed in the HIGG system.

How long does it take to make samples and complete bulk production?

Sample Development: 7–10 days. Bulk Production: 30–60 days, depending on order quantity.

Does Yuexin provide customization services? What are the customization options?

Yes. We offer professional OEM/ODM customization. Options include materials (leather, cotton, wool, etc.), colors (Pantone matching), sizes, designs (patterns, logos via embroidery/printing), and packaging. Our R&D team can also develop designs based on your artworks.
